Niyati Karir

Niyati Karir is a 900+ hour Certified Yoga Instructor and has been a Dancer, Teacher, and Choreographer for over seven years. For the past three years, she has passionately taught various styles of yoga to more than 1,000 students.
Her classes are known for being powerful, playful, and heartfelt. Niyati thrives in spaces where people come together to sweat, breathe, and push their boundaries. Her practice has helped her become stronger and more fearless, both on and off the mat.
Yoga inspires her to live mindfully and nurtures growth in the physical, mental, and spiritual self. To Niyati, the yoga mat is a sacred space, revealing the true identity of each individual.
Based in Delhi, she offers both offline and online sessions in Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Healing, Scripture Reading, Meditation, and Pre/Post-Natal Yoga.
